Likes: Delivered early. Product functions.Dislikes: Supplied video was labelled Nuvi 65 and contained several files. None would open on Windows 10. I watched a video on You Tube for a Nuvi 55LM. The video was close to what was needed to effect the battery replacement. However, I found it extremely difficult to re-insert the ribbon connector for the screen into the fitting. It took more than 1 hr.
