Had this couch for two years now. It’s started breaking down pretty early on. But I always managed to put in an extra screw here and there to make it manageable. But its beyond repair. My sister sat on the couch yesterday and nearly fell through. It’s just a major no, waste of money.

This sectional looks very nice, the fabric looks really great and the price for this set was phenomenal! It's comfortable and stylish. My only concern is the quality longterm

This was our first online purchase of a couch and it will probably be our last. The color is beautiful, the style is perfect. I really wanted to love this couch. The shipper was pretty good, they held the couch for a week when we had to go out of town for a funeral and had it here the day after we got home. But, from there it was all down hill. The measurements aren't very accurate, and some of that is my fault for not accounting for the curve when putting it into a corner in a smaller space. As far as comfort goes I will just have to assume that the other reviewers who said it was comfy and certainly not like sitting on cloth covered plywood are made of hardier stuff than my husband and I. The real issue with this seemingly beautiful couch is the quality. It's made with 1x4s and stapels, definitely not sturdy, the arm at one end promptly fell off when my husband set it down! If you have a house where the couch is actually used I don't see it lasting more than a few months. I loved the way everything snapped together, unlike our Ashley sectional which seems to slide apart constantly. I really wish we didn't have to return it, I just don't want to pay that much for a couch that I know will be a hot mess in 6 months. At least at Ashley they will send out a tech to fix their crap couch when it starts to sag into the abyss.

The sectional arrived in 5 large cardboard boxes which made it easy to bring into our home. Assembly wasn’t terribly difficult but did take some time to figure out the seat backs to which seats. Also, the back of the console piece was stuffed in the underside of the console-very much hidden! SUPER comfortable, soft and the color is exactly what I was looking for. The sectional reclines easily even if close to the wall. It did arrive with a few scratches and what looks like a burn mark, but all minor. Overall, so impressed with everything from price to delivery to now sitting in it!

Buying a large piece of furniture completely online without trying it first? To say the least, we were incredibly skeptical.We started at Jordan's furniture and found a sectional we liked for almost $4,000, not including delivery. Sure, it had power everything and 42,000 color/fabric options (exaggeration). We like the "floor model" setup and didn't require any customization. We were quoted 5-7 weeks before we could even expect anything......... IF we wanted to customize ANYTHING, we were quoted 20+ weeks and were swiftly told, "because this piece is made in the US, that was actually really great timing!"We tried other brick & mortar "big box" furniture stores that all ended in the exact same result: overpriced, salespeople making us feel like we were on a used car lot ("what will it take to get you in this sectional today?"), and ridiculous wait times (some were 6 months+!).Furniture shopping online: we first tried Wayfair. WE FOUND THIS EXACT SECTIONAL but named something different. We fell in love. The reviews were better than expected and the negatives were isolated issues that were irrelevant to the overall quality and comfort of the piece itself.Wayfair had this sectional listed for $2,600+ and, at the time, listed they had "only 2 left". We slept on the decision, woke up the next morning ready to purchase and it was out of stock.....Frustrated and let down, my wife tried grabbing the photo and did a Google image search just for the heck of it. Found multiple listings for the SAME exact sectional — just named differently but showed the same photos.This led us to Amazon where the same piece was $800 cheaper than Wayfair!!SHIPPING/PACKINGThe sectional was at our front door exactly 7 days after placing our order. It shipped freight and came on 2 pallets all in large cardboard boxes and in plastic. There was 6 total boxes, all packaged well. Shipping was FREE and included liftgate service and our driver even used their pallet jack to bring the pallets up our driveway and into our garage. HUGE help! Any other time we've had freight deliveries for other things, we have to pay extra for liftgate service, nevermind placement in our garage.QUALITY/ASSEMBLYFor the price, the quality seems very good. We're no furniture experts, but there's no frayed stitching, all pieces feel sturdy, quality control seems very good, and all pieces were present and accounted for. Assembly is a little tricky to get the pieces to latch together, but I'd rather that to know that they're latched pretty well. We had this question beforehand as well, but the "middle" pieces indeed are interchangeable. So the armed chaise and the armed recliner need to stay, but the cupholder console, armless recliner, and armless chair are interchangeable.COMFORTThis was perhaps our biggest concern not having bought from a brick & mortar. We are pleasantly surprised with how comfortable this is. The chairs are just a bit stiff to sit in but the leather/faux leather softness makes up for the pre-breakin. Another concern we had was me, being 6'4" 225lbs, could I fit comfortably on the recliners. I do indeed—I've never sat on a recliner where my feet didn't hang off, but these recliners are very acceptable and what helps is that the back is pretty tall. I will update accordingly if anything changes after sitting on it daily.CONCLUSIONOverall, being that we were very nervous about buying such a large piece of furniture from Amazon, this is a home run! The value of this piece is amazing: great quality, comfort, and VERY reasonable price compared to furniture stores. HIGHLY recommend this sectional!

Perfect color. So comfy. Great qaulity. The shipper was amazing. Setting up a time and date. They also contacted me before arrival so I could be home. Amazing I love it.

Unfortunately the two recliners came bent and I had to deal with the manufacturer. After getting that sorted out, it’s been a great sectional. I love the color, & it is comfortable. We also have two small kids, and it’s easy to keep clean. I just spot clean it. We’ve had it for almost 6 months now, and it seems it will last us quite a while which is pretty great considering we have a baby who spits up sometimes. The console is a nice touch.The only other complaint I have is the directions weren’t very thorough. Otherwise, I don’t regret this purchase and no I’m not being paid or given anything to write this.. Just want to help someone else.
