Ordered to have the ashtray on top. It is a nice height. We do not use the trash can area for trash but seems very easy to empty if we did. We have had it outdoors under an awning for 1 month. Hasn't blown away and still looks good. Recommend some sand or water in the ashtray section.

So I just opened this package up and been excited to finally have a nice indoor ashtray for my bathroom area and horrified to what I ended up with.So this item is a total of 5 pieces. You have the main shell, an attached ring that sticks out about 1/4 inch for around the trash can hole, the removable trash can, a small bowl for where you could add sand to help put out a cigarette and a top piece where you can use to pop off your cigarette cherry and/or a way to hold the cigarette.The shell is super thin and has barely any rigidness and sides kind of pop slight in when you try to move it at all. There is a horrible seam down the back side that looks like it will pop open after not very much usage. And all the other pieces move and rattle around something terrible. I thought about adding some rubber gaskets to stop all the movement and rattles... but not worth the effort or time considering how expensive this thing was.In all honesty... this thing is barely worth $20, let alone $66. I'm in the process of returning the item within 5 minutes of receiving it. Seriously don't bother wasting your money. There has to be something better out there for probably half the price.

The trash can is pretty and is very sturdy. My complaint is that it is too short for the price tag. The color is exactly as described, but the bucket inside resulted in usable space that is less than what I perceived. I like it well enough, but I am the only person in my household. I wouldn’t recommend it for a household of more than one. It’s just too small. I put sand in the top cover and put a candle in it instead of using it as an ashtray.

Bought these for an outside patio at my restaurant. They look great and seem like they will last. They have an ash tray so people can smoke and dispose of their cigarette butts and a separate trash can for trash.

Even though we run a small business, I didn't get this trash can to use there. I did, however, decide to buy this to help out in the kitchen/dining room area of the house. The tall and slender design of this can allows it to fit in a small area.The thick gauge steel is crafted well for many years of use. The exterior is polished which makes cleaning much easier. Each section will take an 8 gallon trash bag and the bags stay in place well with the locking tabs located on each top section. The only issue I found is that stuffing the bags too full make it difficult to remove the bags to throw away.We use ours with the top section for paper trash and the bottom for our recycling material. I don't have to use a bag on the bottom section; I just carry the whole bottom section out to the large recycle bin outside. Great well made bin with many uses that will last a long time.
