These seem to have some extra padding around the wrists which is nicer than the previous versions. I like the grips without the finger holes. Easier to transition between different parts of workouts.

These grips work very well and are a game changer. Excellent hand protection when doing pull-ups or toes to bar. Some ppl like using for deadlift as well. Price is a bit steep but they work as designed.

Love using these now, they give me that extra grip on the rig trying to do my toes to the bar ha ha, wish they instantly made you stronger ha ha ha. brilliant fit, easy to use and the measuring of my hands was easy.

I had a training cycle which focused a lot on toes to bar. I used these for the duration of the cycle which was 10 weeks. There was pretty good wear on the center of the grip but that's after about a 100 or so a day for the 10 weeks. They still held up and the tighten wrist strap helps on staying on the bar. I will continue to purchase these when they finally give out
