Flapper wheels are just a high consumption item. Too much pressure and they wear bad or don’t last long. These are used in tight areas and have done a good job. Higher rpm’s from die grinders always find a weak spot. So far mechanics are pleased with the quality

I ordered these to use for port matching and polishing an aluminum intake manifold. They worked exactly how I wanted and expected them too. No vibration and good cutting. Would definitely recommend.
