I can’t believe this machine got 4*. If there were 0 that would be too much.Start with a customer service that never answer.The machine is made out of cheap material and although they advertise as stainless steel, the water tank is made of an unknown metal compound that looks like is going to release those metals into your coffee. I was looking for stainless steel tank. My concern was (they are usually made of aluminum) getting chronically intoxicated with those metals that has been proven toxic for you.

Esta cafetera me encanta, hace el café fuerte 4 tazas, tenía otra cafetera sostifificada y me tenía aburrida solo era dos tazas y el café salía claro graciasY pasado el tiempo edito este mensaje porque me arrepiento de esta cafetera , solo me duró 6 meses y no funcionó más, horrible la compra dinero perdido

After taking a quick 20 minute Barista Class on Master Class, thought I would give an inexpensive machine a try.....worth every penny!!!!

so far this has been a fairly good espresso maker. i had a very expensive breville machine that took up way too much space in my tiny kitchen. this one isn't as fancy; it's basically a plug-in version of a basic stovetop espresso pot.

Great. It came with a 2 yr warranty. Bought it about a year ago and still works great. I did break the carafe and need a replacement carafe. It is so much easier to buy parts for this machine in Miami. The whole machine is $27.99 at Navarro Pharmacy (in Miami). Look it up on their weekly ad ( about the fourth page). Can not say enough. Love it, Henry
