Meant to have this added to new bike by HD, but was omitted by mistake. This was a great option for less. Holes were marked in underside of my chopped tour pack, so I took the leap and drilled right through. Great quality materials, heavy duty and strong .. ready to pack and ride!

product matched up to the factory holes. the finish was done very well and is very sturdy. Love the gloss black. Installed on a 2010 Ultra Classic.

Added this sturdy rack to my tour pack to have a little more room. There was no template or instructions provided. I figure if your if your going to be installing this yourself you probably don’t need any. All hardware is included. It is heavy so get a heavy duty tether for your lid. The retractable bar and shield cable will not handle the extra weight.

My tour pack already had markers for the holes that aligned perfectly with this luggage rack. The metal rack feels very solid and sturdy, unlike cheap plastic that would weather and crack with time. For half the price I'd pay for a Harley-branded rack, this component is amazing and does not look or feel like I paid less money for something substandard. The rack's durability will hold more weight than what's considered safe on the top of your tour pack, so just be mindful of that when you're thinking about putting a 100 pound duffel bag up there. I highly recommend this product.

This thing is a heavyweight. Strong construction with nice clean welds. Chrome appears to be good quality. Installation wasn’t bad but there are no instructions or template for drilling. Make sure you mark it carefully before you drill into your Tour Pack. I put tape on the lid to make my marks and built my own template. Drill a slightly larger hole to ease the installation of the hardware. Your marks won’t be perfect so you will need a little play. Don’t recommend if you don’t have the skills or tools.
