I’m 5’10” 163lbs and the M reg is a great fit. The inseam is perfect and the leg room is relaxed with plenty of room for work boots. It’s a little snug around the waist but still comfortable. It’s definitely designed for a slender build. The sipper runs all the way up the side which is a bonus. There’s a snap which allows access to the pockets of your inner layer of pants. The material stitches suspenders and zippers all seem tough enough for some harsh work conditions. Plenty of pockets plenty of insulation. These are definitely a great value.

Seem to be well made and warm. I usually wear L. Ordered XL so I could wear more clothes underneath. With just a t shirt and jeans these were snug. May want to order 2 sizes larger

Very nice, heavy duty, warm and comfortable.I am 6’4” 220lbs. Very satisfied with the fit of the XL tall. The pockets are very nice and plentiful. Thank you Berne for making a quality product! I will be a customer of yours….

1st. I’m 6’1” 225 got XL cause of other reviews on sizes(very helpful)!!! They fit perfectly.. I also listen about what to wear underneath the bibs. Only had sport shorts & long sleeve T-Shirt, and coat temp was 23 degrees. I was out for 2-1/2 hours came inside and was sweating. Can’t say enough good things about things about quality functionality zipper easy up & down boot snaps little tougher but will last over time.. biggest thing read the reviews on what size to buy so you as a buyer won’t be disappointed… I just may buy one of there coats & give my Carhartt coat away.

Never been an overalls type, but finally decided to get some insulated bibs for work outdoors. I tried on the Carhartt first and found them way too big or too long and I'm 6'4" 250ish 32" inseam. Also did'nt like their material. Now I admit, it took a couple of Berne sizes to get it right, but they are awesome! Fully insulated up to the top too. Ended up with an XXL regular. The tall sizes are only for inseams pushing 34"+. These are for serious work or northern climates without a doubt!

These bibs are great quality!I had Carhartt bibs in the past and they did not last long so I tried these and they are way better.Im 5’8’’ and 195lbs.Size large fits perfect!

I needed to replace my Carhartt bib overalls, but the ones I tried on in stores were severely lacking in quality compared to the older models. The pockets were way too short (a set of keys would nearly fall out of them just sitting down.. almost like the useless pockets on some women's pants). The zippers felt cheap, and the stitching seemed to be a much lower quality than previous pairs I had owned. I took a chance on these Berne bib, and they are way better than what Carhartt is offering these days, and at a much better price. I am very impressed with the construction and durability,and incredibly pleased with my purchase. It seems like a lot of brands have been cutting costs and trying to put out an inferior product and get by on their former reputation and name alone. Sadly, Carhartt is one of these companies. I used to buy a lot of their products but it seems like many of their offerings don't hold a candle to what they used to be. This pair of Berne insulated bibs is well worth every penny I paid for them and I am extremely happy and won't be going back to any other brand anytime soon.

not stiff like some other kinds out there , they feel like my 10 year old bib .i soap the zippers .. have always soaped zippers on bib /overalls and never had a problem with them sticking .
