The title provides a plethora of different models of hall effect switch. Unfortunately I just read the first one. Oops! I fell for the scam.

They seem OK, but latching is an important characteristic that should have been disclosed. I wasted a lot of time because I needed non-latching.

The SS41F is an integrated Hall effect LATCHED sensor designed for electronic commutation of brush-less DC motor applications. If a mag-netic flux density larger than threshold Bop, Output is turned on (low). The output state is held until a magnetic flux density reversal falls below Brp, causing Output to be turned off (high).

Dead out of the box they do not work just like everybody else said

Don't know why these were bad but don't be surprised if yours don't work. I tested them with a bench setup which when I removed the Bestol SS41 and installed Honeywell SS41 which I also had just purchased which works great at all specified voltages and magnetic field strengths. All 10 of the Bestol ones were pulling about .5 ma supply current and would not switch states with any magnetic pole. The Honeywell ones pulled about 4 ma supply current when switched off. They switched on and off at all specified voltage and weak to strong magnetic poles.

Not a compatible replacement for SS41F hall effect sensors from honeywell. Package is larger, making it physically incompatible. The leads are poorly tinned. Poor quality in general.Packed loose in a standard plastic bag. Expect leads to be warped.

Crap. Totally inconsistent and not even the right size. Stick with Honeywell

I tested each and every one, and not one single sensor actually sensed anything. Some were latched on, some were floating, some were latched off, and not a single one gave any kind of output signal in response to a magnetic field.
