I'll start with that , because I was impressed with the prompt response of this company and the willingness to provide solutions to the customer.That being said , the furniture is as advertised. Fabric is good quality. The stitching makes it look nice. Assembly is super easy . Just insert the backs with a click.The seat is 21 inch deep , so don't expect a lounge couch. Great for Tv watching, reading...its not mushy or plush , more firm and bouncy. comfortable.Best feature is cero clearance to the wall . Even tough is not advertised as a wall hugger , it actually reclines by sliding forward.We sprayed it with fabric protectant.

Fantastic microfiber reclining sofa couch. The microfiber material is super high quality and appears durable. The color matches exactly like in the pictures and the sofa is super comfortable. The seats are not too soft nor are they too firm. They nailed this sofa just like the goldilocks story. I just got it so I can't comment on the durability but other reviewers and made positive comments on its' longevity.

Bought the whole set( recliner, love seat, couch) and was impressed with the ease of assembly, sturdiness, firm but comfortable, and fabric. My back doesn’t ache sitting in these for awhile compared to our previous other brand name set.

I had reservations about buying couches on Amazon, but why not? Delivery was pretty smooth and the set was sturdy, but not exceedingly heavy. Two people can lift and move them with some effort. The boxes were a little worse for wear, but there was no damage done to the set and it arrived early. The delivery man was very friendly too.Set up was easy. You really don't need directions, but they were there just in case. I sprayed them down with some fabric protector since the set is a lighter color, so the loveseat looks a little darker in the photo as it is still a little damp. The couch was dry by the time I took the picture and you can see the color looks great.The set is firm, but comfortable. I like that I do not sink down into the furniture and then have to try to climb out of it when I want to get up. The recliners go up and down fairly easily and are pretty nap friendly. As for pets, we have a dog and a cat. The pet hair can be easily vacuumed off and it appears that the set is also catnap friendly.

The couches look nice I thought maybe after a couple of months they would soften up but they are so uncomfortable not to mention if you’re over 54 you can’t sit comfortably on these because this is literally for small people. The reclined doesn’t stay in any position either than all the way closed or all the way laying down I’ve tried adjusting it and it doesn’t work. I tried to return or do some sort of an exchange but since I didn’t save these huge boxes that they came in for months I was refused. So now I’m stuck with these terrible awful small couch and loveseat. Do not waste your time or your money for the hassle of trying to return anything or getting it delivered. It’s been nothing and bought a nightmare and I regret this purchase of all things I’ve ever purchased on Amazon. Which is a lot.

Couch and a chair recliner look great, are super easy to assemble (one person job), good recliners! If you are looking for a soft couch - this is not for you though ( I do not understand how so many reviews call this soft :/ ). Quite hard... It is not as deep as usual size too, not for taller people.

This was very easy to assemble, and is really beautiful. The couches are firm, comfortable and the reclining options are great. The recliners are shorter than our old ones which is not comfortable for my husband who is about 6 feet. I like the recliner but don’t love it and there are a few reasons: 1) the seat itself is short so there’s not a ton of room to snuggle in 2) the leg length is short so for anyone over 5ft, your feet do hang over 3) it doesn’t lock in place when reclining. It’s hard to get in that perfect position which is unfortunate.When you do lean all the way back, you can nap which is nice. For the price, I think it’s a good deal - it fits our family well and is beautiful.
