Your cart is empty.Men and women wore the same kind of clothing, but it differed in detail. They both would wear an inner garment and a girdle (sash) and an outer garment, but the dress of the woman was more elaborate and ornamented. However, the women wore longer tunics and larger mantles than the men. Also the women would often wear a veil covering their face. Under gown, overobe, sash and shawl.

This came to me perfect for what I needed to play Mary, the mother of Jesus and a play at my church! I would recommend buying this if you’re looking for a costume

It is sturdy and versatile. I used it as Mrs.Noah for the trunk-or-treat Noah's Ark.The only thing is it is tight in the chest! So if you have a large chest, consider going up a size or two.

I was Noah's wife and this costume was perfect. A little pricey - actually very pricey. I legit could have made my own for way less, but this was way easier than making my own. lol Fabric is thick, you cannot see through it at all. I would recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this costume. It is very well made with good fabric, and best of all, it is made in the U.S.! The cost was well worth it for a quality product and supporting businesses in the U.S.

The color of the dress is a bright turquoise, not a soft light blue. Returned.

Not very impressed. First order came and the package (from the manufacturer) was missing the shawl and the belt. Ordered the same thing again and this time it was a complete shipment but the workmanship was shoddy. It's such a simple project but at the closing of the neck in the back, the thread was all balled up and looked terrible. The hem also had workmanship glitches in it. I kept a complete set and sent back the shoddy gown as my return. Now hear this: This WAS made in the USA. The price was way too high, but there isn't a lot of competition for sales of this type. Positive point: the material should wash nicely and the sizing and length is generous. The company obviously has some work to do on it's quality control (there appears to be none).
