Three colors were missing (and 3 duplicates) when I first received this, and after reading another review, I wrote to their customer service and they immediately sent me the missing colors! Even aside from that, these pens have quickly become my favorites. The ink flow, color selection, is all great! If I had to complain about something, it would be that it does smudge some. I have notebook that I Lee open throughout the day in front of my keyboard and at the end of the day I have that day’s pen color smudged on the side of my hand. But it’s not excessive, and if I weren’t constantly resting my hand on it, it probably wouldn’t be a problem.

This pens are remarkable. They have a great variety vibrant colors, are filled with plenty of ink, and the ink flows smoothly without glopping. They are everything I want gel pens to be and not at all like the cheap ones I've gotten in the past. And the price is more than reasonable for what you get. Five, well-deserved stars.

I have purchased these BIC Gel-ocity several times and never disappointed. They have a comfortable feel, very smooth to write with and the rainbow of colours is wonderful. Can't confuse them with co-workers boring black or blue ink.

These pens are so good and write so smooth! The only gripe I have is that in that pack I received 2 sets of the same colour, pink and navy blue, when the picture clearly has one of each colour. I would love to have one of each colour. I had no black or blue or lavender/light purple as the picture depicted
