Dynamo Installation(Front&Rear axle)
- Fixed Dynamo perpendicular to the line
- Roller must be placed at right angle to the center of the tire
- bracket screws should be kept tight to avoid slipping and damage to tire
- Fasten the ground screw tightly to the frame
Head Lamp Installation
- Head Lamp installation see Fig as shown
- Before installing,the Lamp Rackrand frame must be clean
- Connect the one end of the core to press button type connector as shown in Fig
How to connect the cord
- Press the connector dy thumb and an eyelet will be se en.Put the cord through the eyelet.
- The bottom of dynamo unit marked with 12V 5.5W for head lamp and 2.5V 0.5W for tail lamp and any miseonnecting will destroy tail lamp and get with out light of head lamp.
- You can use it, and then go wherever you want to go
Ways of protection
- To keep from rust, apply grease and lightly rub chromiumplated part of the lamp weekly or by-weekly.
- Oil the moving part of dynamo unit every or two weeks
- Do not wash the reflector but clean dust gently with soft flannelette if necessary.
- Keep the roller free of mud to avoid slipping.
- Lower the speed when changing the beam to avoid damage to tail lamp.
The front headlight must be attached to the frame of the bike for the (-) charge.
You may need some extra cable head lamp connection, or you can cut some lines from tail light.

The hardware is inappropriate for my bike, I was never able to get it to work. I now have it mounted but need to take it to the bike shop so they can determine what kind of hardware will fit on my bike and allow this to work, if it actually does work of course.

So the only good thing I could say is at least the tail light was bright. There is no instructions that come with it you have to go to the product page and read the the instructions that are there that barely help, doesn’t tell you with positioning to position the motor on the side or on the top. The picture and instructions show two different ways. If you have a fender on your wheels then don’t even bother. The headlight isn’t bright at all and mine didn’t turn on.

Our son in law finally was able to install the lamp on our grandson’s bike. Despite checking installation instructions on the internet and trying different methods he could not get the lamp to work. It was a disappointing birthday gift

The light preformed wonderfully for what we wanted I can only give my opinion as far as using outside on a bike at night because ours strictly being used indoors as my son wanted to turn his bike into a stationary bike and to be able to turn the lights out and create light riding the bike and it was perfect for a 6yr old curios about alternative energy but I will use this when he older and riding bike outside seller was fast to respond and send me some detailed instructions simple to install
