Seems very durable. I had to file the hole slightly bigger (1mm?) so it fit the through axle on my MTB.

This hitch gave an extremely snug fit, a fraction too snug, for my 12 mm rear axel. Unfortunately my trailer was just a tiny bit too wide on the connection to fit within the bracket. So this neither fit my bike or my trailer. It was soo close, which is disappointing. It looks like it would be a very strong hitch otherwise. All advertised parts were with it and it arrived within a couple days after I ordered it.
