I was skeptical about the purchase but now after 18 months it's still rinsing the underway as intended. Connection was simple and its sturdy under the seat. I would like a less invasive place to install the water line, or a left handed version so that it’s at least concealed out of sight. Otherwise it looks slick, and works well so far. Its powerful. Can probably adjust the valve on the toilet to keep it from power washing your brown eye off. Easy to mount, that’s what she said.

The single valve control for both forward and aft jets provides a nice gradual flow control. you can ease into the desired power level. others Ive owned could easily slam you with a full blast. if you are not careful.

So this is my second purchase but 3rd Biear Bidet. The first one I bought for my kids bathroom started leaking after installation and I messaged the seller. They sent me a new one and it was perfect, no leak. So I decided to buy another one for my bathroom. That was was great the first week. I live on a multi-level home. I noticed there was a leak on the ceiling and it was where my bathroom was located. I went up there and there has been a leak that I didn't even noticed. I'm hoping I don't get any mold seeing this house was built and bought in 2024. When they work, the bidet were amazing and accurate with the spray. I just wish they wouldn't leak so much.

My bathroom has black fixtures, and this was the least expensive model that comes in black. The carbon fiber-look (paint?) is in all visible locations, while the plastic itself is black, and plain on the underside. This model has brass threads at the point of connection to the hose, which is a nice quality upgrade. (I previously installed another that had plastic.) Installation went smoothly. I previously updated my angle stop (the knob at the wall.) If yours has plastic internals, plastic body, or requires several turns, you may want to replace that for an all steel ball valve at the same time. As an American, using this requires me to get accustomed to it. My GF is from a country that use the hand sprayer version of this, as well as using a tabo cup, so she needs to adapt as well.

I purchased 2 of these bidets to reduce the use of toilet paper. Install was easy and it helped that they also have an instruction video. Would give 5 stars but the plumber tape they included was not very good quality as it still allowed water leaking. I ended up using my own and presto it worked!
