Was initially really disappointed with the embossing. One side of the deer head was faded and was still sent. Since this was a Christmas gift, I immediately returned it with a note of disappointment and request for a replacement. Customer service was STELLAR! And the product was perfect. Good quality. Unique and makes a great gift. Would recommend as well as sellers. Some of the best I have ordered from.
