Worked as described. Installed by the plumber. Would be nice if it was more decorative

This was a great product at first. After a while it kept sliding around from under the bottom of the bowl and the tape was no longer effective. Additionally it appears that the tightening mechanism has failed because when I go to tighten it into place it "clicks" loose and doesn't hold the position where I've tightened to. Bought it about 3 months ago. Really expensive product that I believe should not fail this easily.

I've ordered 4 of these things for use on a customers house that has all wall mount toilets with 1970's hanger mounts that are no longer very secure in the wall. The toilets would move down a lot when sat on and she was very worried they would fall off or bust out of the wall. Especially if a large or heavy set person were to use it. One moved so much it broke the abs fitting in the wall causing a leak. I installed these on all of the toilets, now there rock solid! No more worries about someone getting hurt using the toilet. Would absolutely recommend this product to someone who is worried about their wall hung toilet. I ended up using the ring and caulking for the floor because the cleaning people kept knocking it out when mopping. Also I found that I needed to add more double sided sticky tape against the bowl to get it to stay put ( quality 3M tape ) . At least on the American Standard Glenwall toilets I was working with. Finally, I will say they seem to be a bit pricey for being a toilet kick stand, but then again what's it worth to keep your toilet from falling off the wall?

Out of the 4 different style of wall hanging closets we have at our facility it only fits 1. The one we mounted keeps on getting knocked out by cleaning crew while mopping floors. The tape they provide for mounting it is not strong at all. I caulk around it as they say to do but it still doesn't help.I have bought Gorilla tape and tired remounting it and it still comes off easily. Bad design. I recommend you look at other options.

Although we have only used this for a short period of time, it seems to be working really well (time will tell). Our old wall-mounted toilet was fine but when we had to replace it for a new one, the new toilet is so much longer from front-to-back, that too much pressure was created at the front resulting in some leaking at the wall connection. This simple device seems to work well in relieving this pressure. I'll update as time goes by.

We have all wall mount toilets in our facilities and needed to support them for all the heavy use they get. There is no floor mount toilets that will work with our wall plumbing. This is the only way we can keep them on the wall.
