If you find yourself putting more weight on your handlebars than you would like, this is a possible solution. It allows you to raise the handlebars on your bike, which transfers weight to the rear. Way better than all that weight on your wrists. I am a casual biker and don't do races or tours. This is easy to install, and the difference it has made for me is noticeable. For the price, you really can't go wrong. Just make sure you measure your bike to ensure a good fit.
