After a couple of months of use, I can confidently say this light still works great. That being said, there is a bit of a learning curve. (Strange for a bike light right?) Things I've learned....To turn it on & use:1) You must power on the light itself first. Then press the center button on the remote. It is now connected.2) Press the turn signal once to turn on the blinker/sound. Press again to cancel it.3) Press the center button to change the "tail light" function. 1st press = Solid Red, 2nd press = Blinking Red, 3rd press = Blinking Red & Yellow, 4th press = OFF. Press again to repeat/cycle through.4) NOTE - the blinking blue light on the remote = the function currently selected. 1 blink = Solid Red, 2 blinks = Blinking Red, 3 blinks = Blinking Red & Yellow, No blink = OFF.To turn off:1) Press the center button on the remote until the tail light is off.2) Then press the button on the light itself. They are both now turned off.3) *NOTE - The order of operations matters! You must complete in this order or they will stay on/connected.- The light is Extremely Bright!- The battery life has been great, I just remove the light & remote every so often and charge.- The turn signal sound is noticeable to pedestrians but not cars.- You CAN link multiple lights together, but ONLY to ONE Remote Control. So, one rider can control everyone's lights, but this then renders the other remotes useless unless. If you want to retain individual control, then you will need to re-pair your light to your remote.
