ODIER Bike Trailer Hitch
How to Install the Hitch
1. Open the quick release lever, and remove the nut and spring from the opposite side. Hold the lever and pull the axle skewer with spring out. Completely remover the skewer but leave the wheel in place.
2. Slide the hitch onto the skewer. (The wide end of the spring should face out and touch the lever, the bell of the hitch should face out.)
3. Insert the end of the skewer through the wheel hub and. Replace the spring (wide end out!) over the end of the skewer,followed by the nut.
4. Adjust the hitch to a right angle and tighten the nut by hand and clamp the lever. Connect the trailer with the coupler by a D pin.
About the hitch
Painted stainless steel bike trailer hitch for Burley trailers, solid and strong. Works with disc brake and full suspension bikes
Fits QR axles and solid axles up to 12mm (OD=0.48in).
12mm Thru-Axles will require Burley’s adapted Thru-Axle. This replacement axle has external threading to accommodate the installation of our axle mounted hitches.
If you are upgrading from a Classic Hitch to this Steel Hitch, you will also need a Flex Connector. (Flex Connector not included, but you can find it in our store.)
Warning: Can not fit with Breezer style dropouts.
Our trailer hitch are made of stainless steel and well finished. Product it self don't tell lie, try ours and you'll find it just as good as the original.

I use this with my Burley Encore X. It works well attaching when hooked to the Burley thru-axle adapter for my fat bike!

Great value! These fit perfectly to replace the bike trailer hitch for a Burley bike trailer and were a great deal as there were 2 for a lower price than most other places were selling a single hitch. Now we can have a hitch on multiple bikes.

Our second-hand Burley bike trailer came with the traditional hitch (a larger assembly, kind of triangle shaped) which sits inside the frame of the bike. My new bike wouldn't accommodate that style hitch, so we bought this item. Works like a charm, solid connection and much easier to attach/detach than the original hitch. Great item and good value. Wish I had known about these and purchased sooner.

Product is as advertised, worked very well with our older Burley Bee, 2004-2007 design. The two pack of brackets included two of the silver cotter pin / clip things as well. Works great on our Trek 7.2 FX and Specialized Sirrus, both of which have QR skewers. I'm going to order a thru-axle bolt for my other bike to use this on as well, i'll update the review once I confirm that fits too.
