I was nervous about the speed at first because my last machine was fast, about 1000 watts. This one claims to 1200 watts, but the machine is very slow the first 4 settings. It doesn't get fast until setting 5. So I have to whip my shea butter on setting 6. But overall, it's a nice machine.

I absolutely love this mixer! It's much more affordable than the other popular brand but does a great job. It's attractive and functional with 3 different attachments. A bonus I missed when I first purchased it is the automatic timer that initiates when you start mixing! It's a nice feature when recipes give suggested mixing times - ie for creaming butter. I saw other reviews noted it overheats. I made sugar cookie dough and that didn't happen to me. I am so glad I found this solid, affordable option in a beautiful red color since I leave mine out on the counter.

I absolutely love her, she's so pretty. Works very well and is an amazing value. It was bought specifically for my baking abilities and she hasn't disappointed yet. Use is so easy

I just finished making a batch of my signature multigrain soft-sandwich bread with this mixer--and I LOVE it! I'm a perpetually passionate cook and an intermittent but happy baker. Just a few weeks ago, my venerable 7qt bowl-lift stand mixer died on me during Friday bread making, and I have been exploring options since. I decided against repair, given that a new mixer better suited to my style would cost less than repairing the monster KitchenAid that weighed a ton and took up half a counter. This little Biolomix wonder has nearly the same capacity as the old tank with much better ease-of-use. The built-in timer is dead-simple to use and works great. Even kneading 3 loaves worth of stiff multigrain bread dough, the suction base kept it solidly anchored, and the state-of-the art DC motor didn't complain . (Although the tilt-head joint was getting a twist-and-buck workout; we'll see how long that lasts.) This stand mixer is a winner and great value-for-money.

It has a nice powerful motor. Light weight. Stayes in place unless you have a dough in it with speed 5 and 6. I love it. Use it 2xs a week just for cookies.

It's not overly robust, so it doesn't take up much space when placed on top of a countertop.Super silent! This helps a lot when you have a baby at home.easy to cleanIt also has a counter to program the minutes you want it to work, or simply turn it on to start counting the minutes it will be working.The only downside is that I have to use it by connecting it to an adapter, as I live in a country with a different voltage.
