It took a very long time to receive the product, which was okay. I was excited to use this for my parakeets. I love the size and quality.My main issue is that it replaced in a thin foam and it was received with a huge crack on it so I can't even use it!Asking for a refund since it will leak.

6 weeks waiting, not a Prime thing so get run around, company says contact Amazon Amazon says contact company about refund. So it’s SooL I guess, at least cheap.
