These cards already have a facility code and a serial number, but if one was so inclined, and had access to proper tools, one COULD re-write the Facility Code and Serial Number.They're not printable, but the black finish is matte and pretty cool. And the serial number is definitely printed on them as well, just something to beware of.

The Matt Black finish and gold type give the card a great look. Helps you differentiate it other cards in your wallet.The card works well with our standard hid readers. They are also very thin to make them easy to fit in a wallet. They are a bit flexible too which will hopefully minimize breakage.Overall a good price per card.I can recommend this product.

VIP look, just the right thickness, thinner than a cc. So far I have activated about 30 or so. No issues. Although the card number is printed on them but not totally visible.

These arrived as pictured. All of them worked and I had no issues with reading or writing to them. I like that they are all black and just have the pre-encoded number printed into them, but you can rewrite to them and copy other HID card numbers instead of using the pre-encoded number. Overall a good deal and no issues with them.
