These are the best for garage work. They do not rip easily and don’t stick to your hands when putting them on like typical blue gloves.

Tough gloves. I've gone thru several boxes of these over the past several years and have never been disappointed. I use them for automotive repair and scrapping large quantities of non-ferrous metal as well as other dirty/greasy jobs.. They usually last 4 to 8 hours of work. Many times I use them again the next day before they tear..(Of course they will tear if you drag them over a sharp jagged edge). I also use them when mixing and applying herbicide as well as when acid etching. They are absolutely impervious to chemical penetration.I highly recommend them. 5/6/20 I always order Extra Large. The last box I received was labeled XL but fit very tight. They are Large at best, perhaps even Medium. They are very difficult to get on. Typical China Quality Control

These gloves are thick, tight fitting, and flexible, as advertised. Thicker than most kinds of gloves, but compared to the last box of gloves I bought, Im disappointed. These arent as tough, and not as flexible, but also cheaper than another brand.I use them for automotive work with hand tools. These gloves hold up fine for maybe an hour (or less) before they rip somewhere. Im comparing this to other gloves Ive used that can last the whole job, or maybe one glove change if Im doing something hard. Still, these gloves hold up pretty well, and provide decent protection from little scrapes and scratches.I'll buy the more expensive brand next time, but Im not mad at these. I'll use them until theyre gone. I'd totally recommend them for lighter or quicker tasks.

I have tried close to a dozen different makes and models of disposable gloves.I tried different materials - latex, nitrile, vinyl and all the other makers seem to be either incapable (or unwilling) to make a glove that fits tightly and yet is strong enough not to tear easily.Black Lightning (Atlantic Safety Products Lightning) gloves are the only on the market that offer predictable and tight fitting sizes and are also incredibly strong to resist tearing up even under heavy duty use (working on your car, construction, gunsmithing or whatever else you can throw their way). The price reflects the quality, but how much are your hands worth to you, especially if torn glove results in contact with some nasty chemicals or something else that you're trying to keep from keeping in contact with your skin? Not to mention that time wasted washing hands or changing gloves is also a waste of productivity and therefore money. Here is a sizing tip though. These gloves are sized according to the normal "dress glove" size charts. So, if your dress glove size is Small, you should order the Black Lightning gloves in size Small. Even if the fit ends up being tighter than expected, given their strength they will still work for you. You should obviously make sure they're not overly tight though - if you notice drop in blood circulation then remove them immediately and go for the next larger size.Look for Lee Parks Designs Glove Size Chart online if you don't know your actual dress/riding glove size.Ciao!
