The pen moves smoothly with just enough drag to mimic the resistance of a dip pen. It is weighted to feel comfortable in the hand but not tire the writer. The cap clicks closed solidly. The line is fine but not supper fine; a good quality for writing long letters. I have not experienced any skips or blotches. I am enjoying using this pen for journaling. It's a good cross between a calligraphy type experience and the smooth flow of a ballpoint pen. A modest priced pen that gives high quality results.

This this is beautiful. Sleek all black and writes super smooth. I’ve only had it for a week and have been very careful with it and you can see the scratch that has developed not sure how.3 mo update. Finish is flaking off everywhere getting on my hands. Would not buy again. Writes super smooth but would find something with better finish.

I got this pen on July 5th 2024 and so far its great.. you have to be a bit more careful not to touch it when writing the ink stays wet for about 30sec to 1min. as far as how it wrights it a bit like a very very fine point sharpie but with out the bleeding of ink in the paper. if your a righty then its a good pen. I would not recommend this pen for a lefty.

I’ve bought several fountain pens because I truly love writing with one and I have been disappointed in each one. They skip or overflow and smudge or simply do not flow at all. This pen does exactly what it says it will do. The flow is perfect. It doesn’t skip and the ink dries almost instantly. Very well done.

Works great. The ink flows nicely and extra fine tip is good for smaller writing. Included converter is definitely a bonus as I like to use bottled ink and it works great. I wanted to give it 5 stars but having the pen in my pocket caused the paint on it to start scratching off to expose the bare metal. Doesn't really bother me too much as I am a more utilitarian type of person and cosmetic things don't bother me too much but I know everyone isn't that way. If you aren't like me definitely keep it in the nice clamshell box it comes in and have a place for it on your person where nothing will scrape against it.
