I use our Dust Buster all the time. So it gets a good workout daily. I like to change the filter every few months just to keep things in tip top shape. These are pretty easy to replace. Just pull the old filter out and replace with a new one. This is a Black and Decker product not a knock off.

very good have been using as an extra for my b&d back up filter so I can clean the other one and let dray switching them back and forth Iive had them for 3 months and no where yet. I also bleach them for time to time seems to hold up standard pounder form bleach pretty well.

I don't know why it took so long for them to realize the lithium Ion battery was the way to go, but I am glad they finally did!Since these filters are washable, it is really handy to have an extra on hand to use while the other one is drying. And a clean filter means your hand vac works so much more effectively. Well worth the small price, in my opinion.
