In order for these to work properly, you have to have a clean dry surface, preferably fresh paint after you have ground down and filled any imperfections in the fiberglass these seemed to have stuck really well. These are older Sea-Doos, that a brother of mine owns. The price was fairly decent for the product you get.

Crucial mistakes were made which could have led to disaster, hours wasted, and money spent on new locks. Flashback to 6:30 pm on a breezy Monday evening. The hours prior were littered with back and forth contemplations wether to go to the lake or not. Myself being a self proclaimed meteorologist I was rummaging through radar views like a vet would rummage through the thick matted hair of a dog with lice. Final decision was made and off to the lake we were. More or less the trip was made as a shake down for some adjustments that were recently made to the ski, one of those including these fine footwell mats. Upon arriving to the lake the skies were a mellow grey with the wind stirring up small mounds in the cool brown water. We blasted off with the intensity of a small turtle (these are old skis we’re talking about here) and quickly rounded the corner away from the boat ramp and what we were faced with was truly terrifying. Clouds of black grey filled the sky like a house on fire bellowing plumes upwards. The wind started to hasten, as did our heart beats. Turning around and heading back to the ramp the clouds were like a roof overhanging atop of us. We couldn’t outrun them at an astonishing 53mph. At the boat ramp in a hustle like no other both skis were loaded up in a matter of minutes. As the truck door closed the clouds opened up to expose the monsoon that laid hidden above. We drove off in the direction of a Mexican restaurant to grab some dinner and as we exited the truck once parked.... I found all my lock keys clinging to the new mats on the back of the ski. 55mph, 2 railroad track, pouring rain, and 6 turns and they didn’t budge a bit thanks to these mats. Well worth the cost and would buy again for sure.

Nice mats. Began to come up after a few weeks, but it could be that the surface prep wasn't complete. I'll reattach with epoxy.
