This worked well for teen playing Charon the boatman for Hades. It covered all her hair. Just make sure teen has side vision. Nice finish for a black ghostlike costume without a hood.

This hood w/cowl will be used to finish off my Hunchback of Notre Dame costume. The material is a bit shiny for my needs, but I was able to age it up and dull it with water, dirt and some acrylic paints. Now the sheen is gone, and my Hunchback costume will be that much more believable. The shape and size are perfect for the look I’m going for.

This hood is very well made and useful for a variety of costumes where a hood is needed but you don’t want to cover the whole costume with a cape

This did exactly what it needed to do, it's pretty good quality, my only complaint is it was a bit big for my teen and the necklace broke after about an hour of use. Other then that, it was really good. Would recommend buying it.Also it was used for a plague doctor costume.

I got the basic black cowl and it looks great. Light with the material. Hood is a bit big but stays on well enough. Would work well if you wore other helmets or other headgear. Would fit over chest pieces as well. Plan on using it on multiple costumes. The cross that comes with it is a decent prop as well. Worth the money for sure.

Looks like the picture. The part around the neck is a pleather and the hood is fabric. Doesn’t completely go over shoulders so it does stick out a bit, if that’s not what you want. Mine came with a vague fish smell :/

A great value product for the price and super quick delivery a week before Halloween. Material is definitely better quality than I anticipated it would be (although not too thick) and the hood is really long! Very loose fit. It comes in a small plastic bag (complete with wooden cross necklace) within a padded envelope and was posted through the letterbox. As it was packed flat, it required ironing prior to use as it was very creased. Perfect for what I required.

Definitely a thicker/more quality material than I expected.Totally opaque, unlike typical Halloween costumes. The hood is rather large as many commented, but that is part of the look. It's also loose enough to not strangle you. I purchased inorder to alter for a costume. It's perfect for a Black Clover cosplay.
