Good pens. Not for me.I love smooth writing pens, not slippery writing pens. These are harder to control effectively, takes more effort, and makes writing sloppy.Also, these pens DO smear and smudge.The GOOD/GREAT:The colors are beautiful and sophisticated. The assorted colors could easily stand up to the typical blue and black, in a professional setting and still come across equally professional. I really wanted to keep these pens, I love the colors that much. But, for the above reasons, I had to return and go with pentel RSVP and paper mate profile pens.

These pens are GOOD! It takes just a second for the ink to dry but you can see that it’s wet so you know to be careful. I have a couple of smudges in my planner but nothing I can’t live with! The colors are beautiful and they write so well! I’m tempted to get the pastel set just because!!

These pens write smoothly, comfortable to use, and are aesthetically pleasing. The colors are vibrant, but the lighter colors are difficult to see on white paper. It is smear resistant. However, when taken apart, it may not click on even if placed back correctly.

These pens write so nicely! For reference, I am a total pen snob. These are the Cadillac of pens.If it was a shopping cart, it would be like a Target cart instead of Walmart's. They are enjoyable and the colors are pretty.They don't skip and flow nicely on paper. They are also comfortable to hold. The rubber grip is nice and not too squishy. The colors are nice, the lightest colors are a little too tan for my liking. However, that's just my personal preference. They came as pictured. I will definitely order these again in a variety of colors. Hopefully, they also come in all black.Note: I am a lefty. They do smear every once and a while but it is barely noticeable and my pinky isn't covered with ink. If they were "no smear" that would be even better.

Some of my pens do not write well and seemed to be dried out. They also smudge easily if you aren’t careful (most pens do) they do not bleed. The pens that do write are really nice and smooth. The lighter pens are less visible so keep that in mind if writing on darker paper.

I am a pen snob. So much so, that I will write a review about these pens.These pens are 5 star. Let me tell you why. I spend all day writing. I needed colored pens that were not obnoxious bright neon colors. I saw these and thought, what the heck. I’ll bite.I LOVE THEM! They have smooth traction on all kinds of weighted paper. They don’t skip across the paper leaving weird gaps of un-inked marks that you have to try and fill in. They do not bleed through even the thinnest paper. Drying time is about 5 seconds I’d say. By the time I finish writing a word I can go back and dot my I’s. Cross my T’s and slash my X’s. (I write in cursive for the younger generation that doesn’t know what I’m talking about) the weight of these are light. They don’t drag my arthritic wrists down. The appearance is sleek and they have a comfy grip so my holding finger doesn’t get irritated. (I write so much I’ve gotten blisters on me fingers). Value for money… well worth it! I will be buying more just to have back stock because I want these pens for life!

I was delighted to find these pens, which look great in my planner and journals and there's no bleed-through - just a very slight shadow on my Leuchtturm1917 planner (for reference).

I absolutely love these pens, the colours are 10/10 and the are very buttery and fluid to write with.My only complaint is that they do not last long. I've been using the pens for journaling in one specific journal - I counted the pages and one pen has lasted roughly about 20 pages in an A5 sized notebook with plenty of spacing in the writing so, not 20 "full" pages. I've used other pens in the past that have last much longer than these.I would consider buying these pens again if the price were lower, as I know the pens won't last as long. I paid $15.99 (with taxes it was almost $18) and I think that is a lot for pens with a short life span.

I got the two colorways, the earthy and the pastels and I’m happy with both. They feel sturdy in the hand and the inkflow is nice and smooth for ballpoints. Only one of the colors—a creamy yellow in the pastels set—is a little too pale to read on white paper, but under good lighting it’s honestly not that bad. The range of colors is also good and if you get both sets you have a nice selection to choose from. If I had to pick one, the earthy would just edge out the pastels—the blues and greens in the earthy set are quite pretty!The price is good and they’re a lot nicer to work with if you’re tired of boring old blue and black. Give these a try, I think they’re worth it!
