Hanging blinds is what they make you do in hell. I always end up doing it wrong, it looks stupid, and I just get annoyed, sweaty, cussy ... These blinds were so easy, I did four windows at once - and I didn't screw it up! (That's miracle-worthy.) Once I figured out the measurements for where to put the brackets (not hard), it's a cinch. The blinds are very good quality, look fantastic, and are well worth the few extra bucks over the El Cheapo versions. I never realized my front room looked like a art school dorm room until I got rid of the old ones (El Cheapo) and put these in. Now it looks like someone who has a passport lives here. Really classed up the place. I love them so much, I ordered more for the rest of the house even though I wasn't planning to spend the money. Again, WELL WORTH IT! They even have very nice touches of having pieces that make the facade wrap around the rest of the blind. You can also choose to shorten them if you wish, and they have a part to secure the bottom if you want. The safety feature of no cords is a must for those with kids and pets (and idiots like me). Extra super bonus - made here in the good ol' USA! Again, well worth spending a few extra bucks for American workmanship. Fast shipping. Thank you!

These were easy to install. I bought them to replace old blinds and was able to use the old existing brackets. The material used to make them seems very durable. I would have given them 5 stars, but they are a little stiff and hard to raise and lower for my eighty year old mother. Overall, a great product that I would buy again.

These are poor quality. The blind slats are made out of some sort of pressed cottage cheese and will break if you look at them too hard. The mechanism that raises and lowers the blinds has a lot of friction with the string rubbing on plastic. After you raise and lower the blinds about 50 times they stop working. Seller is unresponsive to messages.

Fortunately for me, the blind was so easy to install! I love the look as I walk into the room - perfect width for my glass door.

I was a little hesitant buying custom blinds for the 1st time that had a no return policy but I'm very happy I went for it. Everyone was impressed and thought they were indistinguishable to some of the over-priced customs at the big boxes. Measurements were accurate and I liked them so much that I gambled on another set for a window frame that was shy of the depth requirement (only 3/4" to work with). It turned out fine and very secure by slightly angling the top screws (Note, I used separate thinner screws instead of what was included). Now that I know I can get away with inside mounting these on a shallow frame I'll be ordering a few more. Even without the valance, I think they look great...the bright white matched our window trim rather well. Highly recommended.
