I donβt have the handyman gene in my DNA, but despite that, I was able to replace the drain pump and everything works fine. Donβt recall any instructions in the package but lots of installation videos on line. Product appeared strong and brand new, a little wiggling around and went right into the slots in the base.Highly recommend. Washer is about 20 years old.

I was nervous if it would work for my washer. Seems like the filter being on the left is hard to find. I ordered it anyways to see how it does. It was fairly easy to replace, the C clamp was hard to get on. Runs great, quiet even!! Yayyy.

New drain pump was priced at $220 from whirlpool, bought this one instead and it works perfectly! Easy to install, and its quieter than the original pump as well.

Fit perfectly and was super easy to put it in, old out and new in was about 20 min. Works great and best of all was that I didnβt have to buy a new washer!!!

Despite the dripping (or worse) that happens when you disconnect the hoses, this pump is pretty quick and easy to remove and replace--just squeeze some clamps, pry up a tab, and unplug it, then reverse to install. Taking off the cover is the toughest part. (Well, and catching the water). Fits in place and works as soon as it was back together. still working after 1.5 years (I'm retired & single so not hundreds of loads)

This is as described and is easy to install as it is an Exact FIT for my washer and is a durable pump that should give many years of use. UPDATE 1 week later and a few loads of laundry. The pump is quiet and kicks in and out as it should and it works like a NEW machine and it seems to be less time per load due to the lack of the old pump not kicking in and the machine locking up.
