I got this for my 700 R4 in my Chevelle. I haven't installed it but it looks easy enough and should do the trick in locking up my converter for highway use. The control switch got a lot of positive reviews and my transmission guy said this was the one to get. I am looking forwarded to installing soon.

Ok this is a must have item. I have Dakota Digital and did not have to buy the Speedo wire kit. Your Dakota Digital has a box probably near dash so the speed wire is plenty long enough hook the Black wire on the Speed Send wire for sure if your transmission has the OE Electronic wired speedometer Two Wires. First test drive set it and left it alone. If your speedometer does not work after wiring it up reverse red and white wire.

Haven't installed the transmission in the truck yet but after reading instructions I was disappointed to learn installation of the B&M kit would require removing the transmission pan to access and remove a ball valve inside on my GM 200 R4 transmission. Transmission re-builder won't honor warranty if pan has been removed and transmission altered. Would not have purchased had I know this.
