I absolutely love this karaoke machine -- I'm only deducting one star because only one microphone is provided. In my opinion, since it is a karaoke machine which is generally a group activity, there is some loss of functionality when there is only one mic. I tried to pair another microphone to the machine, but it didn't work out so now I'm not even sure how to buy a second mic from this company since I don't see any mic-only listings from this seller.That being said, this is the best karaoke machine I've bought -- and I've bought many!Volume/clarity of sound: The speaker itself is very good quality, so if you wanted to use it just as a bluetooth speaker, I think it would serve its purpose well. Bass stays clear even when volume is set high, and the speaker is very powerful. I live in a 2b2b, ~1000 sq ft apartment and when I had friends over, I could hear the speaker from across the apartment over the noise of general chatter of ~6 people. The speaker has an 'indoor' and 'outdoor' mode; I couldn't tell a huge difference between the two, but I only tested it indoors. The outdoor mode was slightly more muddy which I think might have sounded better in open air.Mic volume: The speaker has volume adjustment for both speaker output as well as mic output. So you can set your bluetooth music to one volume, and adjust how loud the mic is in comparison to that output separately. This is something that I don't see in very many karaoke machines, and I think it's a great feature since different people sing at different volumes, and you might want to be louder/softer for different kinds of songs! The mic also allows you to adjust how loud the echo is separately (i.e. how strong the reverb is when you sing into it). This is something I've literally never seen in any karaoke machine I've bought, though I generally only test mid- to low-end machines under $100. This is a fantastic feature, again, to tailor your mic to different singers and songs.Mic effects: there are a few different effects available -- one of them lowers your voice by an octave or two. Two or three of them increase your voice to different high pitches, although none of them are an octave or a common harmonic, so it's hard to "sing" with the high pitch effects. These are fun to play with though, and are probably extra fun for kids. The effect that lowers your voice is still easy to sing with since it's a perfect octave.I tested this machine out right out of the box without charging and was able to get a solid few hours of playtime before it ran out of battery -- and it was only the mic that ran out of battery! I fully charged the machine and used it for a full evening, and it didn't run out of battery the entire time. I haven't fully tested how long it takes to drain both the speaker and the mic, mainly because I just haven't had enough hours to wear it down in one continuous session. Other karaoke machines I've bought usually run out of battery especially in the mics pretty quickly, so I was very impressed with this one.Overall, for the price, I would *absolutely* recommend this machine. Even with just one mic, the speaker alone is worth the price (currently listed for $50). If the seller were to include a second mic or sell mics individually to pair to the machine, I would be over the moon! I've already told some friends to buy this for themselves, so the plan for now is to BYOM when we hang out and jam :)

I've purchased a few wireless speakers before and this is one of the best I've owned! I was originally looking for a microphone/speaker combo and this came product came up in my search results. The microphone is a fun accessory that features a variety of echo/reverb functions that make this karaoke speaker a blast to use for parties. Listening to music on the speaker itself is fantastic with clear treble and decent bass. It's great that there's an attached loop at the top to make transporting this wireless speaker around a breeze. Everything functions as intended and the multicolored light modes let you know this product was designed for entertaining.

This is an excellent adult-oriented device! There's a little ambiguity as to what this device is: it is a wireless mic karaoke machine, Bluetooth or wired speaker, and portable USB player/FM radio all in one. Different people will use it very differently.This doesn't look or feel like a kid's toy; the build quality is very solid with nice seals and a rubber carry strap. The sound quality is stunningly good for the size, with very strong bass. The photos in the ad make the front look like it has a printed color pattern or somesuch; it is actually a bright color LED display that has various options (including off) and is way more attractive -- if difficult to show in a photograph.The only issues I have with it relate to the very terse instructions, control buttons that serve multiple functions, and the lack of an obvious display of settings. I had a bit of trouble figuring out how to get it to do each function, but it works very well once you figure things out. I'm using it primarily with music on a USB stick and it can fill a good size room with decent sound for many hours on a charge.

I was genuinely surprised by the impressive sound quality of this compact karaoke speaker. It's excellent! The audio is richer and clearer than even my upgraded, high-end Alexa speaker. This speaker performs admirably just for regular music listening. Bluetooth connection was quick and seamless, allowing me to easily stream karaoke tracks from YouTube or simply use it to play music while singing along with the included microphone.The microphone itself is lightweight and allows for convenient echo and volume adjustments.The speaker also has separate volume controls. A fun bonus is the selection of voice-changing effects, which can alter your voice from deep to squeaky high. The adjustable LED lights on the speaker add a nice visual element and create a pleasant ambiance.My only real complaint is that it only comes with one microphone. Having two microphones would significantly enhance the karaoke experience, especially for duets. However, considering the price point, this speaker and microphone combo offers great value. The sound quality is exceptional, the features are fun and functional, and the portability is a definite plus. If you're looking for a versatile and affordable karaoke machine or a great-sounding portable speaker, I highly recommend giving this one a try.
