I am very pleased with this Bocomal flame resistant button down shirt. While I will occasionally weld or cut metal where fire resistant clothing could be beneficial, I find I wear this shirt more often when I want a slightly more substantial button down shirt. Could be for working around the house or for going on hikes starting in the cool mornings.I do like the feel of this 100% cotton material. It’s a thick material, more like a canvas than a dress shirt material. Still, it is comfortable to wear. There are mesh panels under the arms and in the back to make this more breathable, although I haven’t exerted myself that much yet where I’ve needed those features. I’m sure those would be useful when welding during the summer. Most importantly for me is that these come in tall sizes. I really need an XL-tall to get the sleeves long enough, and I wasn’t disappointed. Sleeves are more than long enough and don’t ride up my arms regardless of how I move my arms around. Sizing is accurate. The stitching and mesh panels are a bright, almost neon yellow color. I would have been happy if those colors were subdued, but the colors are as I saw them in the Amazon listing’s pictures.I have very happy with this shirt. 100% cotton, thick durable fire resistant material. Comfortable to wear and comes in tall sizes for those that need that. I can wholeheartedly recommend this bocomal fire-resistant long sleeve shirt.

This men's work shirt was ordered on 23 Feb 2025 and delivered on 21 Mar 2025 with no damage, and was worth the wait.I spent my working career in the Florida Phosphate Industry, and know the value of a good work shirt. This is one of the best I have ever put on.The size runs a bit larger than most of the shirts I get through Amazon, and is like regular USA size. The shirt is well made of nice thick cotton, that is flame and chemical resistant, just what you need working in a phosphate chemical plant, where you are exposed to welding and chemicals. The back flap and underarm vents are well designed to help keep you cool in the heat. They cost more but are well worth it.I recommend this to anyone who need a quality work shirt..

Doesn't fit real well. The sleeves are to short and causes slag to fall on your arms and the opening gap so it falls down your arm when overhead welding.

Great long sleeve shirt fo hiking or working in spring or fall. The fabric is substantial and good quality. The bright stitching gives a nice accent. Under arm breathable fabric is comfy on warmer days. And a patch of breathable fabric across the shoulders helps prevent chafing. I ordered a large size and the fit is as expected.

This shirt is really nice and thick yet soft and comfortable. The shirt does run large. I actually wear a xxl but I liked the design of the shirt so much I ordered the only size they had which was an xl. It still runs a little big for me; mostly in the sleeves. I like the fabric and how heavy it is while still being breathable due to the ventilated areas under the arms and back. I wanted to also mention some of the stitching for the buttons to button it up and or down is unraveling. It is not enough to keep me from liking the shirt but the holes to button up the shirt are coming apart before I have even warn it. The sizing being off and the holes coming apart for the buttons is the only reason I marked the shirt two stars lower otherwise I believe it is a 5 star review across the board once these have been corrected.

The Flame Resistant Shirt for Summer was purchased for protection during metal welding and cutting. Comments following review and fitting but before intended use: 1. Shirt arrived in ordered XL size and khaki color, with additional material swatch for patches and a spare button - thoughtful. 2. Cloth is light in weight but very tightly woven for good protection/durability/longevity while remaining soft to touch - very reasonable weight for warm seasons - Nice. 3. Stitching at seams and buttons is tight and easily resisted light tugging/pulling. 4. Cuffs are double buttoned for sizing. 5. Strong meash venting at underarm and upper back locations for added comfort during warm days - note back venting is accessible via exterior buttons - Nice. 6. Two button down front chest pockets with left having an external pen/pencil opening. 7. Work shirt but sufficiently attractive for casual dress. 8. XL fit is perfect for 6'-1" 220lb person with ample room for under shirt of desired - guessing shirt measurements are approximately 17 neck x 36/37 sleeve. Good length sleeves for longer arms and good body length for listed height. 9. Have not used for welding/cutting to date, but with listed NFPA and ASTM certifications, shirt Funtionality for protection against flame/flash/spark should not be an issue. Looking forward to use very soon.Good Form, Fit and Value, with Function expected to be same based upon product review and US certifications. Recommended with 5 Star rating.

This shirt will make you feel like a rootin tootin cowboy, what with the contrast stitching and square cut. Well, I guess most cowboy shirts don't have these reflective pit vents. It is comfortable but rugged, with long tails for tucking in, and a pencil slot in the shirt pocket. An awful lot of pro welders claim to work in plain cotton shirts, but I like the idea that this cloth won't burn through from spatter very quickly. I don't like pain! So, it lives on a hook in the garage and nobody is allowed to see me in it. But I do like wearing it, feeling like a real welder, at least until I set the garage on fire.
