I’ve had problems with American made heat pads where they get really hot and burn out quickly. I even sent a box back after speaking to customer service. A few weeks later, I got my original box back and they didn’t even replace the used ones. It hurts to say this, but save your dollars and buy Chinese!

They are less expensive than The brand-name patches. Plus , They stay warm longer than Other patches I’ve used. They get quite hot.If you’re older ( like me) with thinner skin, use caution if you are going to sleep with patch . Leaving on too long may cause a skin irritation, I’ve used these patches for several years and that only happened to me one timeI highly recommend for back, and hip pain.They also provide Additional body heatIn winter

I got these to use for my sciatica on a 1400 mile flight. They get cold fast but they don't last all that long, but for a fairly short flight they help a lot.

The first two packs worked great, after that it was all down hill from there: Each time I opened a pack, I had to pray it was a good one, sometimes it was, sometimes it wasn’t… it’s a better value to just use the microwave bean bags than to forfeit money on these & hope that you’d pull a good one out of 40.

I started a timer as soon as I opened the package, and stuck it on my back. Took a bit of time to get nice and hot (not too hot or uncomfortable, but decently warm for sure), but once it got going it easily lasted 10 1/2 hours and was still going. If you're considering buying these, buy them.
