Great product, might take a while to build of you don't have help but well worth it.

This machine is very well built. It was not difficult to put together. It took me about 2 1/2 hours but I was meticulous as I did not want to put something together incorrectly and have to take it apart. The instructions could have been clearer but I figured out the confusing parts. The Machine works well and I am very happy with it. It is pretty compact for this type of of equipment. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a functional training machine.

Unbelievable product.Let me start off by saying that the item was shipped & delivered in timely fashion. The product arrived with no damage to packaging. Upon arrival I immediately began assembly. It took approximately four hours to complete the assembly with a few intermittent breaks to reset my mind. Not one additional bolt or washer was provided so be cautious in assembly process. As other reviewers have stated; the instructions are quite vague so attention to detail is required.Since assembling I have done numerous exercises with the product & am quite impressed with its durability. Immediately one can tell that this product is built to last. The PFT100 is silky smooth when using as the weights glide freely with no obstructions. This equipment is as close to gym quality as you can find at a reasonable price.I have since ordered the additional weight to upgrade system from 160 pounds to 210 pound but I can assure you that the majority of exercises can be thoroughly accomplished with the provided 160 pounds. The additional 50 pounds are more for aesthetic purposes & to assist in limited amount of exercises. This isn’t my first time ordering from Gronk Fitness & I will continue to do so. When purchasing high dollar items I immediately look to a vendor who I can trust. Gronk Fitness is that vendor. While I had no issues with the current equipment assembly; the minor issues I did face previously with different pieces were immediately addressed in satisfactory matter. To me that’s essential & I believe this to be a consideration point.

Good product. Very well-machined . . . all the various parts and holes line up perfectly . . . nothing needed to be "bent to fit" or hammered into place.Commentary on assembly (skip this until you get serious about buying it):1) Overall, pretty easy to do. It took me just under 3 hours, working pretty slowly and deliberately. Probably could have done it in two hours, if I wanted to work faster.2) One person can do this, but having a second person to stabilize the left and right uprights while linking them together was *really* useful, probably mandatory. The main person does not need to be particularly "handy" . . . just know which way to turn a bolt to tighten it. The second person just needs to hold stuff.3) They suggest the tools needed, but then they give you several of them (specifically, the Allen wrenches you will need). The only two tools I had to provide were a socket wrench and an adjustable wrench . . . and even the socket wrench was optional. You will need two wrenches total, however.4) At two points, there was mild confusion in the instructions (not serious): a) The parts list says there are 10 set screws, but only provides 6 in the blister pack of parts. The other 4 are pre-installed in their respective parts. You *will* need all 10. (In fact, you will need every single washer, bolt, and nut they give you . . . do not lose any, there are no extras.) b) There is one part (#8, a cap-headed hex bolt) that the instructions say is "pre-installed". It was not, for me . . . in fact, I don't see how this even could be pre-installed. Unfortunately, the instructions also don't mention how to use it (which makes sense, I guess, if it was supposed to be pre-installed). You need to use this part (#8) at Step 4F of the assembly procedure (not documented). The exploded diagram at the back of the manual shows how tis part is used. (Unfortunately, the diagrams specific to Steps 4A - 4J do not show this part.) It was not that big a deal and pretty easy to figure out. In fact, you can assemble everything without this part and it still works . . . just when you're trying to figure out why you have a leftover part you discover how to make it work better. All in all, very easy.Product works very smoothly . . . no friction, grinding, or noise.

When it comes to home cable machines you have a few options:1) replace with bands (very viable), you can even using something like the rogue slinger system2) use one of the cost effective single pulley systems you hook to a squat rack3) look at the at home cable machine options.I did bands for a while but missed the feel from cable machines for accessory movements. When looking at options there were cable crossover machines and lat pulldown machines. The majority of high quality lat pull down and cable crossover style machines ranged from 2-3K sometimes higher with shipping.I came down to purchasing either the body-solid powerline or a titan fitness lat pulldown machine. Given the versatility at the same price point I elected for this crossover machine. Its honestly pretty astonishing that it comes in at around 1K when i purchased it, and had free shipping at the time (no idea if that is still the case) - it is a no frills cable machine with a good feel to it and really in my opinion no corners cut. The big thing to consider for me is I know with my schedule its impossible for me to have someone available to help set me up the majority of gym equipment I purchase. Squat racks/benches/flooring I have always had to do solo - this made my big concern the assembly of this product and if it was feasible solo. The assembly instructions and process were excellent - it does take about 4.5 hours to put together (or at least it did for me) but its very straight forward and frankly I feel like anyone can do it.As far as workouts - the construction is solid and frankly I would expect the machine to last for a lifetime

最低な作り。寸法が多々あっていない。ケーブルマシンを買うなら、他のメーカーを強くお勧めします!絶対買わない方がいいです!
