i've only had to use it once but the quality is amazing. it's very well designed and everything goes right back in it's spot with no issues. it fits perfectly under my seat without interfering with anything. the main reason i chose this was the compact and near-waterproof design. you dont hear and clanking from the tools rubbing. great addition for a bike.

Why did they make this so heavy? Also, I don't understand the actual purpose of the rubber boot around the hex wrenches. This would be an easy 5 stars if it was half the weight.

Most emergency bike kits are big and bulky, and often have cheap components. This one is great!It's extremely compact, can be attached easily to almost anywhere, and the tools it contains are good quality. The construction seems very durable and it's very stable -- no rattles or shifting around while riding.I hope I don't need to use it anytime soon, but glad to have it with me should the need arise.

Really good concept. I like that a mini pump is included. The hex wrenches are just really hard to use. Not for quick adjustments.

Got this for my son when he got a new bike, and unfortunately he had to use it more than once since then. Everything is as listed. The tool kit fits under the seat.

Had a fun morning. My bike caught a flat from a random rod in the road in 30 degree(F) weather. So as I'm freezing my asphalt off, trying to patch my commuter on the side of the road, the tire lever breaks.Sure, it fits in a neat little bag but it don't work. Find something else because you don't want to find out if this thing works when you need it.
