Superb quality that you always expect from Borla with an amazing deep sound. Not too loud, just right.

I bought the borla cat back for my 09 corolla s and im really happy with what i got ! It got delivered faster than expected it came in a big box with lots of foam to protect the product. In the box were the exhaust two borla stickers, and and cap. The installation is really basic it took me 30 min in my driveway. I would recommend buying new oem toyota bolts and gasket since the ones on my car were rusted and not good to use again! Overall the sound is great its a deep low sound but when you punch it it really gets louder it evens rumble when you downshift !! Great buy for someone who wants a little more fun their corolla !!

LOVE it, looks great, sounds great. You can even feel a kick when you accelerate. The only issue was that I had to keep trimming my bumper off as it will not go through or under the stock bumper properly. works best with K and N cold air intake systems.

Depending on your level of skill, this should be very easy to install. I absolutely love the sound this has given my otherwise stock corolla. For context, I drive a 2010 Corolla S, 5-speed manual.I sprayed some WD-40 on the two bolts holding on my stock exhaust several hours before performing the install. I did this again periodically throughout the day, as the bolts were somewhat rusty, and I wanted to give the WD-40 some time to work in. Then, I backed my car onto two ramps, and climbed under. I used a breaker bar to get the old bolts off, and from there, the rest of the install was pretty straightforward. If I recall correctly, I did have some trouble with the rubber hangers, when removing the old exhaust. I worked them off with a small flat-head screwdriver in the end.Install of the Borla exhaust was much easier than removing the stock part. I mean, it was basically painless. The hangers pushed right onto the pins, and I put the two bolts back where they belonged. It's also significantly lighter than my stock exhaust. Once I started the car, I was IN LOVE. As other reviews have said, you hear the exhaust, but it's not obnoxious. Drive reasonably, keep the RPMs lower, and you wont make more noise than a stock Infinity, or any BMW M series for example. If you floor it, anywhere above about 4000 RPMs, you'll hear this loud and clear. Some of my friends noticed that my exhaust sounded different, it's not stock after all and it IS louder, but the response was pretty positive. I'm certain that if it sounded bad, they would have made fun of me. No one did.If you're considering an upgrade to your stock Corolla, go for it. I have not a single gripe about this. Totally worth every cent.

I would have to concur with everyone else's review so far. It fits perfectly, is super high quality, the exhaust tip look great and the sound is perfect. I had a Borla on my Scion xA and loved the sound and it's no different here. When I first put it on and took it for a drive, I didn't notice any difference in power. After about 5 miles however, once the computer adjusted, I did see a noticeable difference. I'm also running a stock air box with all the plumbing removed and a TRD (K&N) air filter. The combination works great. No need to pay big bucks for the intake. I've found with the intakes, theory and fact are quite different.Anyways, I thought the Borla Baseball cap was a real nice touch as well. As far as installation, mine was not so easy, although my car is lowered and it was sitting on an inclined driveway - not jacked up. It can be done.... it's just not fun. Still only took 45 minutes. I hear the guys on Toyotanation and some of the other boards saying you don't need to spend $300+ on the Borla pre-made system, but I'll tell you this is perfect and forever. This thing would outlive 4-5 cars. On my xA, the exhausts was just as good 4 years after I put it on as the day it was installed. Here you pay a lot for the best, but you get the best. I'd give it 6 stars if I could.A little more info. I found my gas mileage on the high way only to be slightly better. I found my city mileage down a couple of MPG's but I'm not surprised since I seem to have a correlating amount of increased horsepower and torque. Especially torque. I also noticed that the engine also just is plain more responsive. I'll gladly exchange 2 mpg's city for more power. I would guess around 3-5 hp and that's not just wishful thinking. I'm sure it also has to do with the TRD filter. I'm sure I wouldn't see that much difference without being able to get more air in. It's so much easier to drive better when you can hear and feel the engine. It definitely makes you more a part of the car. At cruising speeds the increased sound is not objectionable at all and after a few days you don'e even notice it. I am really happy I got this. Just a quality piece of hardware!A month later.......... Love it even more than before. I hardly listen to my music any more since I just love the sound of my engine!
