Tricky install on a 2002 c230 compressor but nothing too difficult. Just have to make sure you don't let the old one and it's connecting hose fall to the bottom of the engine.I cannot believe the performance enhancement changing this little thing did! Did swap out did more for my acceleration then changing my mass air flow sensor did. All of a sudden my throttle response registers quicker, so acceleration is snappy! I came in with no expectations, so I'm thrilled at the results that few people know of to change.I changed this as I've had a check engine light relating to the mass air flow sensor for a while now and swapping the MAF did not cure the problem. But this did!
