To be wireless you have to download an App. I don't need another Damn App. So I use this with the little thin wire all the time. Which gets caught on everything. It's as thin as a string. Annoying.

My husband LOVES these! I bought them for him for his birthday and he’s worn them for gaming, doing yard work, and on a few planes. He absolutely loves them. He had a 9 hour layover (due to delays), and these were still going strong. Best thing I could have bought for him.

The mic doesn't work unless it's plugged into a little terminal. Sound quality is good but what is the point of a Bluetooth headset if the mic needs to be plugged in? Dumb design and I'm upset with my purchase.

Headphones seem great; seller is unreliable. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get the headphones to work yet. They came with no instructions, so I can't figure out how to pair them with my devices. They also did not come with the external mic, which is one of the features I really wanted. There was also supposed to be an external volume controller. That didn't come either. I guess I will keep googling to try to figure out how these work.

The attachment that connect your controller to the headphones is cheap and a poor product design. It’s incredibly prone to be pulled out from the headset and over time your headset starts to cut out intermittently and it’ll drive you insane. They are comfortable and the noise cancellation is great but these are almost more for airplane rides and Bluetooth listening rather than gaming. The mic piece and headphones should have been all one piece. I get where they were going with it because you can pull off the attachment and take them anywhere as Bluetooth headphones but at the cost of the gaming experience. It’s definitely not worth the money. And when your headphones wear out and the bs warranty they give you expires they’ll offer you a whopping 50 dollars off your next set. Speaking from experience. Also I should add as far as music quality, bose makes better headphone models than this set for music listening for anyone with a particular ear for music
