Sound quality is great and has some bass. When trail riding, over the noise of a 700 Honda volume has to be up about 3/4 to hear it clearly. I felt at 3/4 way, it should’ve been louder but it is nice to know it has some more sound in it. Easy attachment for ATV or UTV. We did use some ratchet straps as well for the UTV for extra security. I love that all riders can clearly hear it. It connects very easily. I feel it was a little pricy for what it is, but it is very durable! Excited to continue using it. I connected it to a general lawn battery 12v 300cold cranking amps. I didn’t get a AGM battery, so I just put my basic battery in a hard shell cooler for riding in rain. It lasted for two days, each day of about 6 hours playing time and I still haven’t had to charge the battery yet. The basic battery worked for me, but would recommend getting the AGM battery.

This is a good speaker overall. It consists of four speakers: 6.5 inch speakers and 1 inch tweeters. I use this on my side by side, and it works great. It comes with pull down straps to mount but if you know for sure you have it where you want it, I recommend using long heavy duty zip ties instead of the straps because I think it is more secure. I wouldn't want to submerge these in any way, but I haven't had an issue being caught in the rain. The speaker is easy to wire in. It hooks directly to the battery with an inline use. Bluetooth connection was easy without issue. The speaker sounds very good. Its build is basically a pvc housing. It is solidly built and not super heavy. Overall, these have not disappointed. The speaker is good quality, easy to install and use, and has good sound.

This is a fantastic addition to my golf cart. I live in a community where we mostly drive golf carts instead cars, so it is great to have some tunes playing while driving around. The unit was relatively easy to install, and the sound quality is excellent. Connecting with my iPhone through Bluetooth works great too. Overall, I am very happy with this product, so it earns my five star blessing and recommendation!

These speakers work and sound pretty darn good. The Bluetooth functions extremely well and no reconnect issues. The enclosure is made of sealed PVC plastic pipe with a duratex finish, looks nice. The 4 speakers are 2 way designs that get plenty loud for the power given to them. I have no issues with saying the unit is "splash" proof, long term "water" proof might be a stretch due to the speakers themselves. They appear to be basic Boss speakers. If they do go bad the enclosure and Bluetooth amp would certainly work with better speakers. Good job Boss 💯 highly recommend 👍

I had it out of the package and playing music in about 60 seconds. All you have to do is get 12v DC power to it and you are ready to go! It has the amp inside the device as well as the Bluetooth electronics and antenna. It uses SAE connectors for the 12VDC and a screw type connector that connects to the side of the speaker tube that screws on tight to seal out dust and moisture.It comes with four 6.5 inch full range coaxial speakers. Two of them face the front while the other two face the back. It goes pretty loud and it actually has a good amount of bass! It's not an 18 inch subwoofer by any means, but it has full and noticeable bass. My only complaint is that the bass does distort at higher volumes. My eventual plan is to add a 12 inch powered sub to it to cover the bottom end and then cut a little of the bass from this system so it can be pushed to its full potential without distorting.The installation method is unique - and I like it. It has a series of strong nylon straps that buckle the speaker in place. You never have to even get a drill out to install this. This makes installation in a golf cart a 10 minute job.The build quality is good with a consistent finish. It appears to be quite rugged and built to handle abuse, like if it were installed in an ATV. It is thin enough that it is hardly visible below the golf cart roofline due to the convex shape of the Club Car golf cart roof. I wired mine to a DC circuit breaker so I can trip the breaker when not in use so there is no parasitic battery drain. (Not saying there is - just in case)

This is the first time hearing some Boss speakers play and the sound that they produce is high quality! I got these speakers to put on my RZR and love them. Not only is the sound quality great but the speakers will go pretty loud. This also has a very long Bluetooth range as I had it in my garage playing took my cellphone with me in the house and was two rooms away and the speakers were still playing. The Bluetooth signal had to go through minimum of two different walls to keep playing. I was even able to turn the speakers on/off and change the volume while in the house, the Bluetooth range is longer than any other device that I have. These speakers were easy to hook up as you just hook up the positive and negative wires, then bolt or mount the speakers down. The speaker enclosure is a hard durable plastic that can handle the rugged outdoors, with the speakers being protected by heavy duty speaker covers. As far as getting the speakers wet, I have not done that, if they do get wet and don't hold up to expectations, I will provide an update at that time.
