I purchased 5 of these chairs. 4 assembled fine. They are not the sturdiest chairs, but will do as long as you don’t abuse them and treat them gently. The fifth chair is wobbly, unsafe, and shorter on one leg. These were assembled correctly, as we assembled 4 others, but you can see the front left leg has a gap between the leg and the floor, causing the chair to be uneven. I contacted amazon, but unfortunately, we do not have a large enough box to send the chair back in, and it’s already assembled. Amazon offered no other solutions. I even asked for an extra leg to be sent, so I can try with a different leg, but they declined to help or send any new parts. Disappointed in amazon.

I bought two of these new and two open box and they all arrived in new or like new condition. I put them all together myself very easily. They are comfortable and durable. My little dogs come up to visit my office and even their little claws haven't left a scratch. Highly recommend for affordable and stylish office furniture.

algo dificiles de armar, también pensé que estarían un poco más solidas, para alguien de menos de 80 kgs quedan sin problemas

We were looking for a nice inexpensive couple of chairs and table for our new office. The reception area was in need of some furniture. We looked at Office Depot but they were very expensive. Did some research on Amazon and found these. These are great chairs and look wonderful in the reception area. The chairs come with the screws screwed in the hole. You have to take unscrew the and then put the chair together. Each chair took approximately 20 minutes to put together. If you are looking for some very nice looking inexpensive chairs for your office. Go with these you won't regret your decision.https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0019QGVHA/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_8

Absolutely a great product. We used these in our escape room lobby (Survival Escape Rooms) and they look and feel amazing. We looked at many chairs before deciding on these. I felt for the cost you get the best value and I was right! the chairs were easy to assemble and are extremely sturdy. Will be buying them again!

Comfortable chair with great support. I cant sit to long or I do tend to get sore, however this just gives me a reason to keep moving. I would consider buying it again but not for that price. It is sleek and modern looking so that was a plus for my office.

This item is very simple to assemble, there are no written instructions, only photos. This is probably so that if you choose to have a monkey do the assembly, they won't be confused. Several people complain about the assembly process, I don't understand. If you do not tighten the screws until the end as it suggest, it's no problem. If you are not strong, have another person help you with this. Very nice chair, comfortable and looks fantastic.

The chair looks nice and was easy enough to put together. However the quality of the chair was so poor I decided to send it back. When the chair arrived there was a crack in one of the legs, it was uncomfortable to sit in, and when you sit in it and lean toward the back, the back of the chair made a popping noise (like bending hard plastic.) On the bright side the return process was easy and I got all my money back.

UPDATE 9/12/18:Well, it's been about 7 years and they've held up quite well considering. The "leather" armrests are now showing quite a bit of wear. I guess that's to be expected when you have a lot of patients getting in and out of these chairs. I had 4 originally and now will have to replace 2 of them. So for a benjamin over 7 years, I guess you could say I got my money's worth.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Bought 4 of these for use in a dental office. The color is a matte black (not glossy) and not chocolate as it looks in the picture. That wasn't an issue for us though. The seat is soft and feels solid as well as the seat back. The other chairs we bought had a harder back but the upholstery was leather (and glossy). The seat width is 19.5 inches which is actually larger than the Everlast models (18.25") and thus felt more comfortable, especially if you are a heavier build. I would think your clients/patients would appreciate that. Some have said the screws are missing and yes, at first glance they are missing from a plastic zip bag labeled "REMARKS: PLEASE FIND THE SCREWS ARE INCLUDED HERE!!" but upon further inspection they are already screwed into the seat back (x2) and the seat base (x4). Duh, why include the zip bag then?Putting the thing together takes a little work but here's a tip: loosely tighten all the screws first and then slowly finish them by alternating each (think wheel lug nuts on a car). In addition, some screws may not bring all the pieces completely together, i.e. the brackets may not be flush in the end. I hope the screws don't back out. But then again, these chairs are china made and don't have the tight tolerances like a BMW. You get what you pay for. I hope these last at least 10 years...
