it's a disaster from day one. horrible quality and they don't stand behind the product. their product support is non-existent. its warped and leaks and after a few months we gave up and threw it out. A sad $1200 loss.

Purchased a New Bote DOCK 10 and after 2 years the seam failed. Contacted Bote who informed me that they do not warranty after 2 years and could not help me. Bote told me to find a local shop to fix the failed seam. After giving the local shop $200 to repair the seam it still failed. These Dock 10 units have factory defective seams that bote will not warranty after 2 years and since it is on the seam they are impossible to patch properly. Gave up on Bote customer support and will post youtube video tag soon

The quality seems very good. However, after purchasing several items from Bote, one of the inflatables didn't hold air straight out of the package. Despite contacting customer service immediately, it has taken 3 weeks and double digit emails back and forth and still no resolution. We have missed a good part of the useful summer season just trying to get them to replace a faulty product. Too much money for this hassle!!!

Fast delivery, looks very nice.But there web site doesn’t seem to work.Was looking for more information on this product.
