The product itself is great & a perfect replacement for the one that broke. Only 3 stars because we ordered 2 to have a spare but only got 1 with our order. There was no one to noticeably contact or somewhere to report to the seller what had happened. Just where to ask for a refund or return the item! We still wanted it & the one that never got here!

Super fast shipping, as you order from the company’s Amazon page. We purchased to replace the existing pieces on our collar. We had the collar for about a little over a year. It was very easy to replace and was more affordable than purchasing a new collar.

So thrilled with the Bousnic Metal Contact Points!! Although the collar I have is NOT this brand, these work PERFECTLY with my e-collar that broke within less than a year. I am SO HAPPY to have tried these. I was a little leary, since it's not the same brand, but doesn't matter - works great. Highly recommend! THANK YOU SO MUCH - I'm tired of purchasing E-collars year after year!

Didn't really end up using it as the dog has learned only to behave with collar to looking for a different plan, but it fit my device perfectly and worked perfectly
