I hunt public where these are allowed and set up 10-20 trees. nice to have these in trees already just 1 less thing when you go to hunt, also keep a few in my backpack. will buy again once I get low.

55 years of bowhunting plus a few friends who move their stands around on our property regularly... needless to say Ive used a lot of hangers.These are a good price for a pile of them, and the quality of the metal is good. The coating is the same as any other hooks Ive used.Screwing 1" into the tree is more than enough to hold a bow.One minor ding is that the total length is a little less than the 2nd pic in the listing indicates, it is not 4.9" total length, it is 4 and 1/8 inches total length. That difference is irrelevant to me, but it may matter to you.

The quantity is good for the price and they seem to be decently made. I am uncertain how well they will actually hold 20lbs of weight. And I would feel better about hanging a bow or firearm worth several hundred dollars on one of these hooks if the hook were deeper. It's really shallow. I plan to do further testing to see how they hold up over time.
