These gloves feel well-made with solid padding that provides good protection without feeling too stiff. The fit is snug but comfortable, and the wrist support is secure without being restrictive. They break in nicely after a few sessions and feel balanced when throwing punches. The material looks durable, and the stitching is clean with no loose threads. The gold color stands out, though it does show scuffs over time. They arrived in good condition with no weird smells or defects. So far, they’re holding up well with regular use.

great quality! i commonly wear XXL or XL for regular gloves, rubber gloves, mechanix gloves, etc. and these 16 oz gloves fit my hands well. they seem to be of a great quality. I don't doubt they're not professional grade. floyd, ali, tyson, and foreman would no doubt think of these as no better than beginner's or practice gloves. But for the rest of us looking to work the heavy bag in the garage or just have some fun, these are great and seem to be very well assembled. only time will tell. I'll update the review if they break down or give up the ghost. no news is good news.

These are pretty decent boxing gloves for those who just need a starting pair. I wouldn't say these are good enough to use if you actually plan on doing boxing in the long-run. For that, like most coaches, you can probably find a good decent pair around the $100 mark. But for those who need an affordable pair until they can purchase something with better quality (10 oz and up), this is a solid pair to be able to do drills and exercises until you can get them. I have large hands (Just large enough to palm a NBA ball) and they fit comfortably without making my hands/fingers feel smushed. I can also punch and feel the support, it's pretty decent for this pair. The strap around straps good enough and tight enough on your hand to make it feel secure. It comes with a bag that you can easily put them back into. All in all, it's a decent starting pair of boxing gloves. I'd recommend for those starting out, not trying to break the bank.

As a relative beginner, I found these to fit well. I have very long hands (need XL gloves for the finger length), but on the skinnier side, and found the 16oz to fit pretty well, with the wrist wrap getting things pretty snug. These have been comfortable to wear, are nice quality materials, and have good fit and finish.I'm still not a huge fan of emblazoning branding on gloves, but at least these are pretty unobtrusive and not some random jumble of letters!Overall, I'm finding these to be a good starter set as I learn more about what works and doesn't for me, but I expect them to last quite a while given the quality.

These 14 oz boxing gloves are very well made. Sturdy and durable, due to the construction they seem like they will last a long time.It seems the inner compartment may be for slimmer hands and fingers.Adult men may want to look for something different. These are perfect for beginners, the blue and black design looks great as well. They are comfortable to wear for me and I’m a woman. They also work great for my nephew who is 16.I think they are definitely worth the price and are comfortable well made gloves.

This is a nice pair of boxing gloves, the fingers seem to run a little short for me though. I noticed that when I was buying 12OZ gloves, with the 2 sets of 12OZ boxing gloves I got before, my fingers fit into them nicely, but my fingers seemed a bit long for this specific pair. I don't form the fist I expect to form with them. My nephew who has smaller hands than I do said it fit him perfectly, so he got some upgraded gloves to use when he comes over to visit. They are nice 12oz gloves, nicely cushioned too. The thumb is attached by elastic to prevent injuries. Overall, it's a nice pair. It's unfortunate about the finger length for me though. It just doesn't feel like the best fit for me personally, but I'll see how the 14oz one from here goes when it arrives. My fingers are good piano fingers, so thin and long, but the older (17 & 19 year old) nephews who gravitated towards my 16oz gloves have even longer fingers and bigger hands than I do, so my fingers aren't massively long. I mean... of course their fingers are bigger though, they are males while I'm not, so there's that. I guess i just assumed all 12OZ gloves would fit me, but I have to do more looking. I'm a beginner, so I wasn't really aware that you had more to look at than the ounces for size. The compartment size matters too. I just can't seem to find a standard measurement for compartment size on these gloves to know how it'll fit. These are a really nice quality though. I just can't form my fist properly as I should, so they have to go to someone who has shorter fingers.Middle finger to palm for me is just about 7.5 inches long, and my middle finger is about 3.25 inches long.Update: The 14OZ has the same kind of hand mold issue for me. It just feels like my fist isn't forming/closing all the way because of where it bends.
