It's hard to say if a good pair of pads is the right size for your bra or sports bra. Our bra pads are definitely high quality, but they are not custom made for a particular woman's size, they are made to fit most bra sizes. The cup size and style of the bra is slightly different, the replacement pads will be slightly different, but this pad fits most people. I certainly hope it fits perfectly in your bra too！

These are exactly what I was looking for! The size chart is accurate for cup size. They aren’t one size fits all. They have supportive features and are soft and comfortable. In sports bras they stay in place and don’t shift, mostly because the cups are tailored to the actual cup width and height! I’ll be purchasing more for my sports bras and tossing out the crap linings that were sold with the bras

I ordered these on a whim to replace the bra padding in one of my lulu align tops. I’m quite small chested so you can imagine my amazement when I put these in and it kinda looks like I got something going on lol!! If you’re thinking of buying I’d say go for it if you’re looking for that extra something!

I almost love these. They make a great shape and are very comfortable, exactly what I wanted....but they absolutely slip and slide and wind up in odd places.

These were recommended to me for an insert for a wool bra. I guess I did not read enough reviews because I feel like they add 1/2 to a full cup size, which was not what I was looking for. Also, I purchased my recommended size, but the top tip of the insert is not fully covered up by the fabric of at least one of my bras. Check your bra first, because a lot of them that allow inserts will only allow a round, not a tear drop shape. That said, the form has a natural shape to it and also has a “cushy” or natural feel to it. Not sure how it might feel against bare skin because I have not tried that.

So they have a bit of a push up effect, which people may or may not like. I happen to like it. I was a 36DDD prior to pregnancy, and now at 19 weeks I'm a 36H. I've tried nursing bras, sports bras, and regular bras. They didn't work: they'd dig, they hurt, theyre too full coverage, they gave me uniboob or just made me look frumpy. I'm a mom, but that doesn't mean i want to look completely unappealing. What works best right now is these cup/pads placed into a normal cami tank. They hold up the girls and make them look good and they can't possibly dig in which is amazing. I've also put them into the chest parts on dresses you can't wear a bra with and suddenly looked like one of those celebrity red carpet pics with gravity defying boobs, it was great!
