This thing doesn't clamp on the circuit breaker. It just falls right off.

Funciona bien pero la bisagra es muy delgada y pareciera que se fuera a romper

Good gear. Light, compact, simple to use, secure. Not sure how long the hinge will last but if it does crack it will not affect its use or security

So these seem nice, however they are not very secure on a breaker. We locked out a Square D breaker to do some work on an HVAC unit, and 3 of us put our own lockout on the hasp. The breaker lock fell off the breaker after we left the electric room. There werent many people around, so the hazard of someone messing with it was low, but it did create a dangerous situation, where someone innocently might have seen a breaker off and turned it on. I would NOT use these in a commercial setting where many people are around, I don’t trust these to hold tight and I really don’t trust people to not mess with breakers while I’m working on equipment. Spend the extra money to get breaker locks made for the type of breaker you’re working on. I give them 3 stars because they do work to notify someone that a breaker is off, or in the case of a fire alarm circuit, the breaker should be locked ON. But any type of force on the lock and it comes right off.

works great in some applications but prevents standard panel covers from closing so that they can be locked. I can't safe off my circuit while putting my coworkers at risk from other trades flipping breakers.

It does the job perfectly fine. The grip to the breaker is very good.

Exactly what I needed to lockout Federal full size breakers. All the others I tried would slip off with the weight of the lock

It is what is is, and doesn't pretend to be anything more. This is probably the most versatile lock out on the market. 90% of all circuits I work on can be locked out with this device. You will eventually need more than one, so I would suggest ordering multiple units.

They work great. The standard for breaker lockout. Way cheaper than electrical wholesale houses

Works well. Must show worker how to use it because not instinctive. Need thin lock shaft vs padlock.
