I bought this item for my base camp to add weight. The other review by Muller is correct, the screws to mount the weight on the backside are a little long. My biggest issue is with the front. The axle hole that holds on the hex nut is sticking half way through the aluminum spacer, okay ditched the spacer, still not near enough room to even mount a tire. I was thinking about using my dremel to make space but haven't yet. The hexnut won't even line up with the holes. I'll probably order some longer axels for the front portals... but buyers beware. Thats all

Included screws for the extra weights are too long, need to buy screws. They need grinding to fit treal knuckles. Otherwise great.

The machining of these parts is actually quite good! Everything fit nicely and snug with no modifications needed. I like the mostly black finish with a hint of brass detail. It really sets it off nicely. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends. Oh and all the hardware needed is included as they all should but don't. Bonus!

For not being a top name brand, I'm impressed with the fit and finish on this product, If you're looking to add weight without big cost this is it.

These were easy to install on my SCX10 and the fit was perfect. They look great and add weight, just as promised.

This bolted on easily to my stock parts. It was a quick way to also add some weight in the front of my rc car , where it's most needed.

Product looks high quality but when put on a treal portal there is a gap at the top that cant be fixed. Missing the tiny lip around top to seal gap.

I installed these brass portal cover weights on my son’s Axial Capra. They were easy to install and fit perfectly. I used all the included hardware since the size of the screws are a bit shorter than the stock ones. I can feel the difference after adding the weights. These parts seem to be very good quality and look great. I think they are a significant upgrade and very functional.
