Received item on time but noticed the package had clearly been opened. The box was damaged when it was opened the first time and clearly noticed that the tape/sticker that seals the box closed was removed and then replaced. The packaging inside the box was creased, disarranged and torn as if it was product was removed and then forced back into the box. It also looked like some of the packaging was missing. It’s obviously as that this is an open box/return that’s being sold as new. Dishonest and very disappointing. Buyers beware.

We've used these Breville waffle plates a few times since we bought them for cinnamon roll, pecan and blue berry waffles. They're a game changer! Our old single waffle machine didn't have removable plates and cleaning was a pain. With these plates we simply pop them off, wash and they're ready for the next round of waffles. Making 4 at a time ensures we all get a nice warm waffle with fresh toppings at the same time! A great addition to our kitchen that will be used for many yrs to come, Great Product 👍

After years of a different and difficult to clean waffle maker we bought the Breville appliance with these waffle plates. The plates pop off and get cleaned in the dishwasher. One of the best purchases ever. The waffles are a little thinner but the ease of clean up makes up for it.

I recently purchased the Breville BGR001 No-mess Waffle Plates for my Breville Smart Grill and I am extremely impressed with their performance. These nonstick plates are a game-changer when it comes to making waffles at home.First and foremost, the no-mess design of these plates is a lifesaver. The deep pockets ensure that the batter stays contained and doesn't spill over the sides, creating a mess on my countertop. This feature alone makes the waffle-making process so much more enjoyable and stress-free.The nonstick coating on the plates is also excellent. I've used other waffle makers in the past where the batter would stick to the plates, making it difficult to clean and ruining the waffles. However, with these plates, the waffles come out easily and clean up is a breeze.Another great feature of these plates is their versatility. I can use them to make traditional waffles, but also get creative and use them to make savory waffles or even grilled cheese sandwiches. The plates heat up evenly and quickly, ensuring that my food is cooked to perfection every time.One thing to note is that these plates are slightly smaller than the standard size, so the waffles come out smaller. However, I don't see this as a downside as it means I can make more waffles at a time and they're the perfect size for my kids.Overall, I highly recommend the Breville BGR001 No-mess Waffle Plates for anyone who loves making waffles at home. The no-mess design, nonstick coating, and versatility make them a worthwhile investment. The title says it all. The Breville panini-griddle-waffle maker is really well built and makes good waffles. The included recipe book with the waffle plates suggests 410 degrees for the upper plate and 350 degrees for the lower plate. That temperature setting works really well with several different waffle recipes. Tried it with buttermilk waffles for 3 minutes and they came out a little crispy on the outside and just perfect on the inside.
